Story
During our bucket collection on 11th October, in Lowestoft Town Centre (London Road North between Starbucks and Joseph Conrad) two punch/kick bags will be stationed outside Ruckus MMA Gym all day from 10am till 10pm where members of the public will pay either £1 (children under 12) or £2 (Aged 13+ and adults) to take part in a challenge either punching or kicking the bags non stop for 1 minute (children) or 3 minutes (adults).
There will be different categories and people’s scores will be recorded in the relevant categories. Winners will be announced the following day during the Head Shave event that is taking place in the same venue.
No need to book, just turn up and take part.
All participants wishing to hear the outcome and see winners receive their trophies handed over your Town Mayor, Alice Taylor, needs to beat the rendezvous point at 12:3pm at the latest.
